CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (No Positions Available Now) The Discovery Robotics Customer Service Manager (CSM) will be responsible for aspects of customer service for its autonomous robotics floor care products. He or she will develop user manuals and training material, train a sales and service force, establish and maintain a depot support capability, establish a 24/7 worldwide emergency service and support hot line and work with development engineers as a user advocate to improve the overall customer experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He or she will have experience with advanced computer controlled equipment and systems, support system development, and problem resolution. A bachelor’s degree in an applicable technical or business field is required. Ten years experience in a customer facing business or industry role is desired.

DATA MANAGER (No Positions Available Now) Discovery Robotics, a small but growing autonomous service robot company, is seeking a self-starting, detail-oriented person to develop and maintain information in management systems to support our expansion. These systems include program lifecycle management, inventory management, scheduling and purchasing systems. The successful individual will be at home with computer systems, have excellent data entry skills, and understand automated business information and tracking processes. The individual will also assist in purchasing actions and general office administration functions. A bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent is expected. Experience in manufacturing and production processes is helpful.

ROBOTICS ENGINEER (No Positions Available Now) Challenging Robotics Software Engineering position with a small company entering the service robot world. Position needs a self-motivated robotics software engineer who wants to make a difference in people's lives. The ideal candidate will have a broad working knowledge of robotic systems with a strong background in embedded software and wireless communication systems. Electrical engineering skills such as circuit design and PCB development are desirable. The candidate will be expected to work in a small multi-disciplinary team environment with minimal daily supervision.
